Responsibilities
- Assist journeyman electricians with installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems.
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment from delivery trucks.
- Prepare job sites by moving obstacles, clearing debris, and setting up temporary power.
- Learn to read blueprints and wiring diagrams under supervision.
- Perform basic cleaning and organization of tools and work areas.
- Ensure all safety protocols and regulations are followed at all times.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Physical stamina to stand, climb, bend, and work in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills and mechanical aptitude.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
