Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with material handling and equipment operation
- Maintain clean and organized job sites per safety standards
- Perform physical tasks including digging, lifting, and carrying materials
- Operate basic tools (hammers, saws, shovels) under supervision
- Follow project plans and site-specific instructions
- Participate in daily safety briefings and toolbox meetings

Qualifications
