Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with construction tasks including material handling and site preparation
- Operate basic tools safely (shovels, wheelbarrows, saws) under supervision
- Maintain clean and organized job sites to meet safety standards
- Follow verbal instructions and collaborate with crew members efficiently
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment as needed
- Report safety hazards or equipment malfunctions to supervisors
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to pass pre-employment drug screening
- Basic math skills for measurements and material counts
