Responsibilities
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris and setting up safety barriers
- Assist skilled tradespeople with material handling and equipment operation
- Perform heavy lifting and manual labor tasks as directed by supervisors
- Maintain clean and organized work areas throughout shift
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company guidelines
- Operate basic hand tools and power equipment under supervision
- Complete daily task reports and documentation accurately
- Support emergency site repairs during off-hours as needed
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required – we provide full training!
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license preferred but not mandatory
- Strong work ethic and punctuality for overnight shifts
- Basic communication skills in English
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
