Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation and cleanup activities
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Perform basic excavation and trenching tasks
- Operate hand tools under supervision (hammers, shovels, etc.)
- Follow safety protocols and maintain clean work areas
- Support skilled tradespeople with material handling
- Participate in team-based construction projects
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Valid driver's license (required)
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- No prior construction experience necessary
- Strong work ethic and team player mentality
- Basic math skills for material measurements
