Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
- Operate basic hand/power tools under supervision (e.g., shovels, saws, drills)
- Follow strict safety protocols and wear required PPE at all times
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment safely
- Maintain organized job site conditions and waste management
- Support concrete work, framing, and finishing tasks as directed
- Complete daily progress reports and tool inventory checks
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Ability to follow verbal instructions and maintain focus
