Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various construction tasks, including material handling, site preparation, and cleanup.
- Operate basic hand and power tools under supervision.
- Load and unload construction materials and equipment.
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized worksite.
- Perform physical tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying materials.
- Assist in setting up and breaking down temporary structures.
- Adhere to project schedules and team instructions.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – entry-level positions are available.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions and outdoor environments.
- Valid driver's license is a plus.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
