Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
- Operate hand/power tools safely and effectively under supervision
- Follow detailed construction plans and safety protocols
- Maintain organized job sites and proper waste disposal
- Participate in concrete work, framing, and finishing tasks
- Complete daily equipment inspections and reporting
- Support team collaboration to meet project deadlines
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and commitment to safety
- Basic math skills for measurement calculations
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn new skills
