Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with material handling, equipment operation, and site preparation
- Perform physical tasks including digging, lifting, carrying materials, and operating hand/power tools
- Maintain clean and organized job sites by removing debris and ensuring safety compliance
- Follow blueprints, instructions, and safety protocols under supervisor guidance
- Operate basic machinery like forklifts, jackhammers, and concrete mixers with proper training
- Collaborate with team members to meet project timelines and quality standards
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards immediately to supervisors
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
