Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, including cleanup and material handling
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment safely
- Operate hand tools and power tools under supervision
- Follow construction plans and safety protocols strictly
- Support skilled tradespeople with various tasks

- Participate in team briefings and daily stand-ups
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – training provided
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Valid California Driver's License preferred
