Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with construction tasks including material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
- Operate basic hand tools (hammers, shovels, levels) and power equipment under supervision
- Follow strict safety protocols and wear required PPE at all times
- Load/unload construction materials and transport equipment as needed
- Maintain clean and organized job sites throughout the workday
- Participate in daily briefings and follow project instructions
- Complete basic construction tasks such as digging trenches, pouring concrete, or installing scaffolds
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required – we train all new hires
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in outdoor environments
- Valid driver's license preferred (not mandatory)
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings
- Basic understanding of verbal and written instructions
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
