Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with daily construction tasks
- Prepare and clean job sites, ensuring safety compliance
- Load, unload, and distribute materials efficiently
- Operate hand/power tools and equipment safely
- Follow blueprints and project specifications
- Maintain organized tool and material inventory
- Report hazards and maintain cleanliness per OSHA standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather
- Strong attention to safety protocols
- Reliable transportation to job sites
