Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, including material handling and equipment setup
- Perform physical labor such as digging, lifting, and moving construction materials
- Maintain clean and organized job sites following safety protocols
- Operate basic hand tools and power tools under supervision
- Support skilled trades with framing, demolition, and finishing tasks
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and company policies
- Complete daily tasks efficiently and meet project deadlines
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and safety practices
