Responsibilities
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris and setting up equipment
- Load/unload materials and operate hand/power tools safely
- Assist skilled tradesmen with tasks like concrete pouring and framing
- Follow blueprints and maintain clean, organized work areas
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols at all times
- Complete daily reporting and inventory checks
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months construction experience or equivalent training
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in extreme weather conditions
- Basic knowledge of power tools and construction materials
- Strong teamwork ethic and communication skills
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Pass background check and drug screening
