Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with material handling and site preparation
- Perform physical tasks including digging, lifting, and equipment operation under supervision
- Maintain clean and organized job sites per safety protocols
- Operate basic hand tools and power tools with proper training
- Follow blueprints and verbal instructions from site supervisors
- Adhere to all OSHA safety standards and company policies
- Participate in project setup and cleanup activities
Qualifications
- No prior experience required - we train all new hires
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions
- Basic communication skills and ability to follow instructions
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
