Responsibilities
- Assist skilled trades with material handling and equipment operation
- Maintain clean and organized job sites through debris removal and site prep
- Load/unload construction materials safely using proper techniques
- Follow blueprints and supervisor instructions for task execution
- Operate hand tools (shovels, hammers, etc.) and light machinery safely
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety standards and company protocols
- Support concrete pouring, framing, and finishing tasks as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass pre-employment physical and drug screen
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and commitment to punctuality
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- No prior construction experience required – training provided
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
