Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
- Operate basic hand/power tools and equipment under supervision
- Follow strict safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance standards
- Read and interpret basic construction plans and blueprints
- Perform physical tasks including lifting, digging, and demolition
- Support concrete work, framing, and finishing operations
- Report equipment issues and maintain organized job sites
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform strenuous physical labor
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
