Responsibilities
- Perform site preparation tasks including excavation, trenching, and material handling
- Assist skilled tradespeople with carpentry, concrete pouring, and framing
- Operate hand/power tools safely under supervision
- Follow strict OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean job sites
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Assist in demolition and debris removal operations

Qualifications
