- Assist skilled tradesmen with material handling and equipment operation
- Prepare job sites by clearing debris and setting up safety barriers
- Perform excavation, trenching, and backfilling tasks
- Operate hand tools and power tools under supervision
- Follow safety protocols and maintain clean work areas
- Read basic blueprints and project specifications
- Participate in team lifting and material installation
Qualifications
