Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including loading, unloading, and transporting construction materials.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various site preparation and building tasks.
- Operate basic power tools and equipment under direct supervision.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site at all times.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations strictly.
- Communicate effectively with foremen and team members.
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required; training provided.
- Must be physically capable of lifting heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and working outdoors.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills for measuring and material counting.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are preferred.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work in a team environment.
