Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with site preparation, material handling, and equipment operation
- Perform physically demanding tasks including digging, lifting, carrying, and cleaning job sites
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment
- Read and interpret basic construction plans and instructions
- Operate hand tools and power tools under supervision
- Assist in erecting structures, installing fixtures, and finishing surfaces

Qualifications
