Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with material handling, site preparation, and cleanup duties
- Load/unload construction equipment and materials safely using proper techniques
- Operate basic hand/power tools under direct supervision
- Maintain organized job sites by removing debris and waste
- Follow strict safety protocols and OSHA guidelines at all times
- Support concrete pouring, framing, and finishing tasks as needed
- Complete daily equipment inspections and maintenance checks
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old and eligible to work in the US
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions (heat, cold, rain)
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- No prior construction experience necessary—training provided
- Strong teamwork skills and reliable attendance
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
