Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with site preparation, excavation, and material handling
- Safely operate hand/power tools and heavy machinery under supervision
- Maintain clean and organized job sites while adhering to OSHA safety standards
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and project specifications
- Perform demolition, framing, concrete work, and finishing tasks as directed
- Participate in daily team briefings and contribute to project timelines
- Report safety hazards and equipment malfunctions promptly
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Strong work ethic and punctuality with zero-tolerance policy for tardiness
- Commitment to safety protocols and personal protective equipment (PPE) usage
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
