Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with construction tasks including excavation, framing, and finishing
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently under supervision
- Load/unload materials and maintain organized job sites
- Follow safety protocols and wear required PPE at all times
- Support cleanup and debris removal operations
- Read and interpret basic construction plans
- Perform physical tasks in various weather conditions
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Willingness to pass pre-employment drug screening
- Basic math skills for measurements and material counts
