Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation tasks including excavation, grading, and debris removal
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently (saws, drills, jackhammers)
- Assist skilled tradesmen with material handling and installation

- Maintain clean, organized work areas throughout shifts
- Complete daily equipment inspections and maintenance reports
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months construction or heavy labor experience
- Valid OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly throughout shifts
- Reliable transportation to job sites within Fort Worth metro
- Pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
- Basic tool proficiency and mechanical aptitude
- Physical stamina for 8-10 hour outdoor shifts
