Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with daily construction tasks including material handling and site preparation
- Operate basic hand tools and equipment safely under supervision
- Maintain clean, organized job sites following OSHA standards
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment efficiently
- Support concrete pouring, framing, and finishing operations
- Complete daily equipment maintenance checks and documentation
- Adhere to safety protocols and project timelines consistently
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
