Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
- Operate basic hand/power tools safely under supervision
- Load/unumber construction materials and equipment efficiently
- Maintain job site safety standards and cleanliness
- Support concrete, framing, and finishing tasks as needed
- Follow blueprints and supervisor instructions precisely
- Perform heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs) and outdoor labor in varying weather
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Basic tool knowledge (hammers, saws, drills)
- OSHA 10-hour certification a plus (we provide training)
- Reliable transportation to job sites
