Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with material handling and equipment operation
- Prepare job sites by clearing debris and setting up safety barriers
- Read and interpret basic construction plans and blueprints
- Perform physical tasks including digging, lifting, and material transport
- Maintain clean and organized work areas throughout projects
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company standards
- Complete daily equipment checks and report maintenance needs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds repeatedly
- Valid driver's license (required for equipment operation)
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Oklahoma City
- Willingness to submit to pre-employment background check
- Basic math skills for measurement calculations
- Punctuality and commitment to consistent attendance
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn new skills
