Responsibilities
- Assist in loading/unloading construction materials and equipment
- Perform physical tasks including digging, lifting, and site preparation
- Operate hand tools and power equipment under supervision
- Maintain clean and safe job sites following OSHA guidelines
- Support skilled trades with material handling and site setup
- Adhere to project schedules and supervisor instructions
- Participate in daily safety briefings and compliance checks
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physically demanding work in various weather conditions
