Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters, masons, and equipment operators on residential/commercial sites
- Prepare job sites by clearing debris, setting up tools, and maintaining safety barriers
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment safely using proper techniques
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and site plans under supervision
- Perform manual tasks including digging, lifting, and material handling
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company standards
- Complete daily equipment maintenance and site cleanup duties
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Willingness to work in extreme weather conditions
- Basic math skills for material measurements
