Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters, masons, and equipment operators with material handling and site preparation
- Operate hand/power tools safely under supervision (saws, drills, jackhammers)
- Perform general cleanup, debris removal, and waste management on job sites
- Read and interpret basic construction plans and blueprints
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company policies
- Support concrete pouring, framing, and finishing tasks as directed
- Maintain organized tool inventories and equipment staging areas
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Willingness to work in all weather conditions and flexible hours

- Reliable transportation to job sites within Virginia Beach
