Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with construction tasks including material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
- Operate hand/power tools safely under supervision (training provided)
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Maintain clean and organized job sites following OSHA standards
- Follow verbal instructions and safety protocols
- Support concrete pouring, framing, and finishing operations
- Perform basic equipment maintenance and inspection
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Valid driver's license (preferred but not required)
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
