Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with material handling, equipment operation, and site preparation
- Perform physical tasks including digging, lifting, carrying, and cleaning construction sites
- Follow strict safety protocols and maintain clean, organized work areas
- Read basic blueprints and instructions to complete assigned tasks accurately
- Operate hand/power tools and machinery under supervision
- Participate in scaffolding setup, demolition, and debris removal
- Collaborate with crew members to meet daily project milestones
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding work
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Basic understanding of construction site safety standards
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Ability to follow instructions precisely and work independently
