Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, wiring, and fixtures according to blueprints and specifications.
- Perform diagnostic testing to troubleshoot complex electrical issues and ensure system functionality.
- Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national electrical codes and safety standards.
- Read and interpret technical diagrams, schematics, and building plans.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including proper tool management.
- Collaborate with project managers and other tradespeople to ensure project milestones are met.
- Provide exceptional customer service by explaining technical information to clients clearly.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman Electrician License in the State of Texas.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in commercial and industrial electrical work.
- Strong working knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC).
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
