Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks, including digging, hauling, and lifting heavy materials.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with daily operations and project needs.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site at all times.
- Operate basic construction tools and equipment under supervision.
- Follow all safety protocols and wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and site layouts.
Qualifications
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and physically demanding environments.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
- Valid Driver’s License and willingness to travel to multiple job sites.
- Basic math skills for measurements and material counts.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
