Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with daily construction tasks including material handling, site preparation, and equipment operation
- Perform physical labor such as digging, lifting, carrying materials, and operating hand/power tools safely
- Maintain clean and organized job sites, including debris removal and waste management
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA guidelines at all times
- Support team members in completing projects on schedule and within budget
- Read and interpret basic construction plans and instructions
- Operate light machinery such as jackhammers, saws, and compactors under supervision
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
