Job Overview:
Our laborers are the backbone of our operations. You will work alongside experienced professionals to support site preparation, material handling, and general cleanup.
Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
- Assist skilled tradesmen with various tasks, including carpentry, drywall, and concrete work.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Prepare construction sites by digging, leveling, and clearing debris.
- Operate basic power tools and hand tools under close supervision.
- Perform daily inspections of equipment and report any safety hazards immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED (or equivalent work experience).
- Ability to lift, carry, and hold objects weighing 50 lbs or more frequently.
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Basic understanding of safety protocols is a plus.
- Reliable transportation to job sites.
- Basic math skills for measurements and material estimates.
