Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters, masons, and other tradespeople with daily tasks
- Prepare job sites by moving materials and setting up equipment
- Perform cleanup and debris removal at construction sites
- Operate hand/power tools under supervision
- Follow safety protocols and maintain organized work areas
- Learn basic construction techniques through hands-on training
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
