Responsibilities
- Assist skilled trades with material handling and site preparation
- Operate basic hand/power tools under supervision
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and debris removal
- Follow strict safety protocols and PPE requirements
- Read and interpret basic construction plans and markings
- Support concrete, framing, and finishing tasks as assigned
- Participate in daily team briefings and progress meetings
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Basic math skills for measurements and material counts
- Reliable transportation to job sites within Louisville metro
- Positive attitude and commitment to learning
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
