Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with construction tasks including material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
- Operate basic hand tools and power tools under supervision
- Maintain a clean and organized job site by removing debris and hazardous materials
- Follow strict safety protocols and wear provided protective equipment at all times
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment safely
- Perform physical tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying materials (up to 50 lbs)
- Participate in team projects to meet daily construction goals
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required - we provide comprehensive training
- Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the US
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours in outdoor weather conditions
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive tasks
- Reliable transportation to job sites within Sacramento County
- Willingness to work early morning shifts (typically 6 AM start)
- Basic understanding of English for safety instructions and team communication
- Positive attitude and commitment to workplace safety
