Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters and skilled trades with site preparation and cleanup
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Operate basic hand tools (hammers, shovels, levels)
- Follow safety protocols and maintain organized work areas
- Perform digging, lifting, and carrying tasks as directed
- Participate in residential/commercial building projects
- Complete daily equipment maintenance checks
Qualifications
- No experience required – we train on the job!
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
