Responsibilities

- Adapt to varying weather conditions and project timelines
- Complete daily equipment maintenance and basic tool checks
- Report progress and issues to site supervisors
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old and authorized to work in the US
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license preferred (not required)
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Reliable transportation to job sites within Colorado Springs
- No formal experience needed – training provided
