Responsibilities
- Perform new construction electrical installations, including residential and commercial wiring.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Adhere to all local, state, and National Electrical Code (NEC) regulations to ensure safety compliance.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Maintain and repair existing electrical systems with minimal downtime.
- Ensure all work areas are clean, organized, and safe for personnel.
Qualifications
- Certified Journeyman Electrician license in the State of Louisiana.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in commercial and residential electrical work.
- Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong knowledge of electrical theory, circuitry, and power distribution.
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs, stand for long periods, and work in various weather conditions.
