Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with construction tasks including material handling and site preparation
- Operate basic hand tools and equipment under supervision
- Maintain clean and organized job sites following safety protocols
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment safely
- Participate in building foundation framing, concrete work, and finishing tasks
- Follow blueprints and instructions from site supervisors
- Contribute to team efforts to meet project deadlines
- Report safety hazards and maintain OSHA compliance
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required – training provided
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in outdoor conditions
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Commitment to workplace safety and reliability
- Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings
