Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with construction tasks including material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
- Operate basic hand tools and equipment under supervision (e.g., shovels, wheelbarrows, saws)
- Follow strict safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized worksite
- Load and unload construction materials safely and efficiently
- Perform general labor duties such as digging, lifting, and moving debris
- Participate in team projects with clear communication and collaboration
- Complete daily tasks as assigned by site supervisors
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required – training provided
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions
- Must possess reliable transportation to job sites
- Valid driver's license preferred but not mandatory
- Willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings
