Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters and skilled tradesmen with material handling and site preparation
- Operate basic hand tools (hammers, saws, levels) and power equipment under supervision
- Perform general cleanup and debris removal at job sites
- Load/unload construction materials safely and efficiently
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a hazard-free work environment
- Assist with concrete work, framing, and finishing tasks as directed
- Participate in daily team briefings and project planning meetings
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required – training provided
- Must be 18+ years old and authorized to work in the US
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and teamwork
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Atlanta metro area
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
