Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with material handling and equipment operation
- Prepare job sites by clearing debris and setting up safety barriers
- Perform physical tasks including digging, lifting, and carrying materials
- Maintain clean and organized work areas throughout the project
- Follow strict safety protocols and wear required protective gear
- Learn and operate basic construction tools under supervision
- Complete daily tasks efficiently while meeting quality standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Basic understanding of English for safety communications
- No prior construction experience necessary
- Valid driver's license (preferred)
