- Assist skilled tradespeople with material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
- Operate basic hand tools and power equipment under supervision

- Read and interpret basic construction plans and measurements
- Participate in team-based construction tasks with clear direction
- Support infrastructure projects including foundations, framing, and finishing
- Adapt to dynamic job site conditions and changing priorities
Qualifications

- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
