Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning and site maintenance to ensure a safe working environment.
- Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment from trucks and storage areas.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks, including carpentry, masonry, and concrete work.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently under supervision.
- Set up and take down temporary scaffolding, barricades, and workstations.
- Transport debris and waste materials to designated disposal areas.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Physically perform heavy labor, including digging, lifting, and carrying heavy objects.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license or state ID.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy objects (up to 50+ pounds) repeatedly.
- Physically fit and capable of working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
- Willingness to learn new skills and follow instructions.
- Experience in construction or general labor is a plus but not required.
