Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with material handling, site preparation, and cleanup tasks
- Operate basic hand tools and equipment under supervision (e.g., shovels, wheelbarrows, saws)
- Maintain a safe and organized work area following OSHA guidelines
- Perform physical tasks including lifting, carrying, and moving construction materials
- Support demolition, excavation, and framing activities as directed
- Participate in daily site briefings and safety protocols
- Complete minor repairs and touch-up work as assigned
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required – training provided!
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver’s license preferred but not mandatory
